The Book is a collection of poems each situated in time based on a particular life experience, be it just gazing on a solitary rose during lockdown times or more traumatising experiences that changed the course of the writers life. The book draws heavily on inspiration from nature and spiritual contemplation and meditative mindfulness practices.
