Tender Things

This collection of poems is a record of love, life, and loss — the moments that shaped me, the stories I’ve carried, and the truths I’ve had to learn to speak. In these pages, I’ve tried to capture what it feels like to grieve, to love deeply, to change, to break open, and to begin again. Writing helped me find my way through some of the hardest chapters of my life, and if my words help someone else feel a little less alone in their own story, then I’m grateful. These poems are my way of saying: this is what it’s like to be human. This is what it’s like to keep going. This is what it’s like to hold on to love, even through the loss.
