Unspent

Books unread. A sweater never worn. A relationship paused without closure. Clay that never turned to sculpture. I look around and see objects gathered with intention. Objects that live their lives with their purpose postponed. Not broken. Just unused. This book comes from that accumulation. From the gap between intention and action. From the quiet discomfort of realising that not everything I gathered gets to live its full life. This book is an ode to everything that remains unspent on my behalf.
