The book is a collection of poems about my childhood growing up in a conservative Catholic family with strict parents and loving siblings. The themes include the love I received, the trauma I endured, and the people who inspired me in life. I have tried to express what it was to go through life's defining moments with fear, self-doubt and faith in God. This book marks another step toward healing from my past. It also serves as a reminder that I have come this far by the Grace of God.
