Origami Scars

Heartbreak isn't as simple as saying goodbye. Its the end of familiarity, comfort, love, everything once held dear, turning to something rotted, corrupted into something that hurts like being stabbed through the heart. A heart shatters and crumbles slowly, and with it a whirlwind of emotions, depths and lows you now know possible to reach. Origami scars, tries to display the intricacies of having your heart ripped out of your body, with all the bitterness and hollowness of it. It's a requiem for the ones that loved too much and had their hearts broken in the most poetically painful ways.
