Conversations with my soul

The soul speaks many languages—grief and joy, doubt and faith, longing and fulfilment. I have tried to honour them all, to give voice to both the darkness and the light that comprise our inner landscape. Whatever season your soul is experiencing, may you find some reflection of it in these pages, some companionship for the journey. These poems echo with the voices of those who have walked alongside me. My deepest gratitude goes to my family, friends and mentors who have sat with me in both silence and storm, who have witnessed my evolution and held space for my contradictions—your presence has been the blank page upon which so many of these poems took shape.
