Ligaments

This book contains words. These words are not random but hold meaning. They introduce humanity and its parts and its truths. The words inside of this book form clusters that together connect to make poems. Those poems are more than words, remember. They are connective tissue that I can't live without. They are parts of me and keep the parts of me together. These are my ligaments, my loves, my heartbreak, my fears, my pain, my ugly secrets and spoken truths. These are my ligaments. Connecting all of me, to all of you.
