About the Author: Growing up in a family that encouraged reading, Krishnapriya found literature opening doors to new wonderlands. She began to weave her own wonderlands through writing poetry and dramatic monologues for the stage in school and college. A doctoral researcher, she studies children's literature in multi-disciplinary perspectives. While she's not welding a pen or lost between pages of a book, Krishnapriya enjoys cooking and travelling with her techie husband and naughty daughter. Tones of Silence, her maiden short story collection which was in 2019, sprung from her special interest in ancient epics and history. This poetry collection is her second book.
